    MS Outlook 2007?

When I hit send/receive on a few clients the process will hang on "Offline address book Connecting to Microsoft Exchange" and will never finish? These same user can long on the OWA and send/receive just fine. The problem is that while it's hanging it can't go out and look for new email. Any thoughts?

People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Found this online, not sure if it will help

Every mailbox store has to know what it's default Offline Address Book is.
So go into the properties of each mailbox store and make sure that the
Offline Address Book is indicated there in Exchange System Manager.
Only bad decisions from here on out.

    Here is another

Open System manager and go to "Default Offline Address List" in the Offline
address lists, click properties, verify whether the offline address list
server mapped with correct Exchange server. If every thing fine right click
"Default Offline Address List" ,click Rebuild and waite for some time to
    replicate.
