Yes very serious, is it so inconceivable to think that someone who can’t use their legs could enjoy life and activities as much as those who use their legs?

Or is it that people who have the use of their legs have entitlement on fun.

Ok before anyone does any leg breaking around here let me say one more thing on this. I have worked and continue to work with a lot of people who have disabilities and often after recovery they find that they enjoy life and the activities they use to do as much or more as they did in the past. Of course the way they do the activity changes but the enjoyment and fun still remain. Plus if Leroy Jenkins is going to break my legs or find someone to break my legs I hope this is true. Alpine Meadow and Mammoth have on of the largest adaptive skiing programs around and it gets bigger every year.

I am totally amazed by the response to this question. What is it that is so upsetting to you? I know I will run into you skiing this winter, we will have to talk about it over a beer. If you still don’t like the question after that, you can feel free to curse me out and I’ll take the post down.

Wow man, wow. I know this is an old thread but, are you for real?

Let's see.. can he do all the same shit he used to do before? Is life as easy? Does he miss it? Jesus man, obviously I'm sure he wishes life was different, but I'm sure he's glad to be alive and making the best of his situation. Are you surprised he never answered you? Perhaps if you exercised some tact you might get a little further in life.
