    Barely a TR

Couldn't resist the temptation to get a closer look at the fresh snowfall. A good 6 inches fell in most places with about a foot above treeline. It was a mellow day out with the family, but got a few sketchy, rocky first pow turns of the year....

The drive was beautiful and more exciting then the skiing...

In all the excitment of going skiing I spaced my ski poles. So I improvised and went old school...

It was awesome to be in winter again, if only for a few hours

Thanks for a fun, but dorky day. It was good getting out there. Next time, I'll pack my gear along with your poles.

    Looks nice out there.
Flaged pups, but not people? You could get kilt out there. The brethren tourexans always shoot at blue deeralopes.
