Lost and Found DVD Playback Issues

To Whom It May Concern,
Ran after the dhl guy to get the dvd before heading out of town for the weekend (keep in mind cooler and other fun things in hand). Drive from Minneapolis to Madison for the weekend super stoked to see it. DVD does not play in macbook pro, macbook, or xbox360. It does however play in a 25 dollar cheapo dvd player. Has any one else been having any issues? Have yet to try it in my windows based machines or pioneer dvd player.

i tried a disc in my MacBook Pro and it worked fine. sometimes its just a bad disc. something like .5% of all DVDs are just bad pressings. we're trying to figure out a solution for you right now. email Corey Gavitt - cg@tetongravity.com and he'll fix everything for you.

my lost and found worked in my friends PS2 the first time I played it. Now, in my Dell laptop, it is as if the DVD is unbalanced and when it starts to turn it shakes the whole computer, wont load and makes really loud noises.

Has anyone ever heard of an unbalanced DVD?

7 Sunny Days, and other DVDs work fine in my computers DVD player.
