In search of a maggot with some graphic design experience??!!

A few months ago I bought an investment property in hopes of renovating and reselling. Currently we are done framing and moving on to the next steps and it has occured to me that I really need a sign to put out in front of the house with my company name and my phone number for the obvious reasons. I have my company name and the other info I want to put on the sign and eventually my business cards, but I was looking for some help in terms of graphics and tying it all together. I have little experience with the adobe suite and do not feel like hiring a pro that is going to charge me alot come up with a logo. ... So if anyone out there is willing to help my out and give me a few ideas I would be more then willing send them a few bucks over paypal. Thanks...

I'm not the guy for the job, but from the link it looks like a decent amount of work so maybe you'll get results if post a dollar amount.
