It sucks that the smoke rolled back in for you guys. I was bummed I had to miss it, but 3.5 hours of Trailside shredding with the kiddo was a pretty good consolation prize.

Got lost and tried to find our way back to the lodge without pedaling up the road. That's where we popped out, just thought it was funny because she's a total rule follower. I'm impressed you can read the sign considering the low quality photo.

The signs are made by a friend of mine. So the riding was great this weekend, hopefully you rode some of the better trials, (Black Bear, Patterson, Rader, etc.).

Out at DICKS for the Phish, this past weekend. Popped my Colorado cherry with a fun, fast tour of Betasso and Benjamin, up in Boulder. My brother and his fam live there.
I was blown away at how beautiful it is there.
My first time on a 29er, I'm still running 26". It was a longish ride, miles wise, with a lot of vert. But we covered it quickly and I wasn't nearly as tired as I should have been. Might be something to the wagon wheels.

No grants for me still paying on em. Wife has 100k plus but thanks to a govt program she only has to make 10 years of payments based on income then the loan will be forgiven. Shit I just reminded my self the year the loan balance is forgiven the government will tax you on that.

I think the "smoke" was just dust blowing in from the west desert. It was windy as fuck up there, but it looks like your day was just as good.
