    Aero Freeride Boots from STP

WTF are the little black plastic strips for? Also, STP does not carry these boots with the thermoliner although they say they do and you can even order them.
Still a great deal. Got mine for $270 total.

I'll try to post a picture tonight. They are 3 inches long with 2 lengthwise slits. They came in the box and are not attached to the boot in any way.

For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

I don't think they are spoilers. No way to put them on that I can see.

They look like something that might go over the flex limiters on the inside of the shell.

I'm still baffled. I checked out how that theory would work and couldn't figure anything out.

They slip into your liner to snug up around the ankle pocket?

Think so, it's part of their "Personal Fit" thing-a-ma-jig, kinda like the older Technica's.

    Good deal BTW.

Nice deal on the boots. Did you use any coupon codes on STP to get that price?

Thats it! I just tried it. The liners have a little sleeve on each side that these fit into perfectly. It stiffens/snugs up the ankle and heel box. Thanks for solving the mystery.
