Motivation

Following the discussion on the "Abandoned" Voting Thread, like Pura Vida, MakersTeleMark, hemas and others have said, I like these contests because they give me some motivation to go out and shoot. I also like seeing how other maggots interpret each topic. And when it comes to voting, I vote for the picture that I like better. I don't care who took it.

I've been carrying my camera more often and as a result, I shoot more. Here are some pictures that I've taken lately and that I probably wouldn't have if it weren't for these contests. These don't fit any of the topics we've done, but I took them just because I had the camera with me at the time.

My motivation for picture-taking has waned a bit in the last few months. I need to get back on it.
