    Summit County move

Moving up in late dec/jan (from den). I have been looking online at the classifieds and what not. Anyone else up there have good ideas how to find a place $800 max a month for 6 months or so. Breck would be ideal. I know heading up and looking myself is a good start, but was looking for advance info before heading up to check places out.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Breckenridge ski house

Looking for individuals or couples in their late 20s to late 30s with outdoorsy passions that are interested in a lodging arrangement for snow bound fun. Interviewing honest reliable potential members for a group lodge with incredible privileges. My name is Andy and I manage a 4-bedroom town home for a friend. We have run the lodge for 2 years successfully and without issues. We have a solid group of 5 members this season and are looking for 4 more individuals or couples giving you access to our Breckenridge location. With a great rate of 200.00$ per member a month.
Stats: 3 bedrooms, 1bunk room, 2 full bathrooms, 2 extra queen beds for overflow, washer and dryer, dish machine, cable TV, high speed internet, wood burning stove, 1 mile to health club, Door step Bus route into town & ski area 5 minute ride, 1 mile into main street

All of us at the Baldy Ski Group are fun, respectful Boulder and Denver citizens with a passion for the Rockies and have created an efficient alternative to the I-70 headaches. This lodge is without the bling instead we have created a stress free atmosphere with dependable members with convince and fresh tracks as a priority.

I have a quick interview process of compatibility for the lodge and I will supply a Contract/Lease for the ski season of 07/-08. 6 month mandatory Lease Agreement that will cover Nov-April, we require 1 month rent and last covers the deposit. The sooner you act the better your odds of joining. A waiting list will be an option for early season interests. Looking for weekday people mostly, weekend shares are pretty full.

We all like to live the dream without the huge expenses!
Please contact Andy for more info at andyjourney2000@yahoo.com or reply to 303-810-8895..
Per. Month: 200. $ 6 month lease, First & Last required as deposit. Utilities mostly included.
    Happy Trax.[/SIZE]
