Dynafit Heel piece cracking

Hi all,

I've been doing a little reading up on some of Lou Dawson's websites and have seen a thread showing that the heel pieces on some of the comforts can crack (http://www.wildsnow.com/?p=618). I just checked my bindings and they both appear to have a small crack in the same place as pictured. Any idea what to do with them or how to replace those posts? Thanks,
