Steamboat mags: status of Buffalo Pass?

is the road still open to Summit Lake? wondering if it's possible to get into the Zirkel wilderness from there.

Twas many moons ago but I did a long and beautiful hike into the Zirks from there. Enjoy and take some pics for me.

Was back in July, did a mtb ride on the Wyoming/Continental Divide trail starting at the top of Buffalo pass. Rode was a tad rocky last couple of miles so a vehicle with some clearance a good idea.

ya the road up buff is still open you can access the zirkels from there it is gonna be muddy and wet and white
