    Dragon goggles

I have a pair i purchased around XMAS '03--I don't know which model but they were right around $100.
GOOD: Very clear and neutral optics without side or low field of view distortion and with good field of vision in these same areas. They were used in Utah during the New Year's "blizzard" as well in the low, flat light of Whistler Blackcomb in early Feb.

BAD: mild fogging in the inferior fields after strenous skiing (bumps) that required some fiddling right to get rid of.
also, be careful about the fit and carry of the goggle depending on your lid or helmet. My setup is a Carrera racing helmet 9circa "99) and the fit is okay but the carry (with goggles in the "off" position) is not ideal.
Also, a personal peeve of mine is that i have not yet used a goggle with a bright yellow field. This particular model does not have spare or switchable lens.

My rating: 3/5 if that's of any help. If they are on a good season end clearfance sale, it may be worth it to purchase a pair. Otherwise, these do not constitute the "holy grail" of goggles. Hope this helps.
