Bridge vs Mojo 90 vs Prophet 90

SO after lots of searching and talking to people, trying to hone in on an all mountain pair of sticks. Any input on stuff I couldn't find in reviews, ie weight, swing weight, snap/poppiness, sweet spot mounting points, durablility, etc. . ? I am 6'3" 180lbs, aggressive skier, will be using this for CO inbounds including everything, park, bumps, trees, inbounds pow. I basically want the best compromise of light weight, park performance, and pop. Anyone skied these or even anything else in this ballpark. I would like to keep in ~90mm underfoot, and ~20ish or less m radius. Discuss

The Mojo 90s aren't very light, though I'm not sure how much they actually weigh. Mine have been remarkably durable and have been my everyday ski for a couple of seasons now. I'm a shitty park skier, but they're fun enough in the bumps and I like them quite a bit everywhere else. Definitely less-than-ideal for the deeper days.

i've only skied the mojo 90s, but here's how I would describe them:

very low swing weight, skis short due to forward mounting point. kinda damp, but they felt quick compared to the other (bigger) skis I've skied, probably due to the narrower waist and swing weight

It sounds like the Bridge would be the best bet for you.

I recently picked up a pair of Prophet100's as my one ski quiver answer to anything but park.

The prophet series is not a park ski, it is a stiff damp ski that is meant for charging. Both the 90 and the 100 look like they will eat groomers, do fine in bumps, and shred Pow, but they seem like they would be too stiff to be a park ski.

I would go with prophets, 100s personally. When I was testing this years gear, that ski blew most of the rest out of the water. If I was in CO i would ski them everyday everywhere. They are so fun. Otherwise, I would look at the scratch brigade. Not quite as damp, but more poppy. The prophet series rules.

i have a pair of mojo 90s and have gotten about 8 days on them. i'm about 6'1" 160 and ski th 186 which skis short due to the full twin. they don't float over the really deep light stuff, but are great for an all around everyday ski. i'm terrible in the air so really can't comment on that, but they handle bumps and trees well. i hit quite a few rocks with them last january when coverage at alta was thin, and the only thing is one slightly compressed edge; no base damage or anything else, and the topsheet is really durable.

i also mounted them -2cm since i don't really plan to take them in the park.

that said, the prophet 100's look like a really nice ski. can you ski them before you buy? obviously a better thing than buying blind.

Karma of course qualifies as well. Lots of threads comparing Mojo 90 to Karma available thru search. If you really want to stick to your 90 waist inbounds lots-o-pop thing, those two are the classic answer.

I have the Karma and it's definitely not damp. Despite a 21-22(?)m radius, I find it feels quicker than that when set up forward--as it sounds you would do, since you're folding the park thing into the equation. Nice ski; works well inbounds in a variable theater of operations; stiffness will probably suit you well at 180#, but you should know it's no floppy park job. Mebbe not as many turn shapes as some more modern offerings. Can be had cheap.

    Fun. Do it. Out.

Karma = not anymore... Bridge looks like a very, very similar ski

    Good info,

To paint a further picture, I already have a pair of ANTs for the big stuff, and I will also have a dedicated pair of park sticks too, probably Pipe cleaners. So the this pair is really meant to fill in between those two. I have skied the Karmas and thought they were one of the best inbounds skis I have ever been on. I think I have probably ruled out the Mojo due to "damp" not lively issues, but between the Bridge and Prophet, seems to be some discussion as to which has more life. I have two friends who ski on the Lines and they love them,
    However

If the bridge is anything like the Karma was flex wise, it seems like a winner, but I am still curious about the Lines. Do you guys mean "stiff, damp" like "dead-and-heavy-feeling", or "firm-but-will-be-lively-if-you-push-it?"

I will see if I can find some pairs to try. My only concern with waiting is availability, Volkl tends to sell out quick, especially on a new model that is getting a lot of press.

Something 90ish under foot isn't going to sell out that fast as it usually produced in mass compared to the specialty skis.

The Prophet 90 is your best bet then. I've skied all these. The Prophets are the snappiest and most fun to charge around on for sure. Not to mention they can be had cheaper and are still just flexy enough for freestyle applications such as pipes and booters, especially once they break in a bit. I'm getting some 90's this year again for sure.

    bridge bridge bridge.

Perfect swing weight, managed to hold its own in teh park for me, but it excelled in the deep/soft stuff. it really out performed any other ski I've tried in that catagory. bridge would be perfect for you.

    Dude,
your cat's dead. A rattlesnake bit it in the throat.

Sorry for the randomness, but I just finished watching Steve Zissou and friends.

I think either Bridge or Prophet would be a sweet option, I will see if I can get my hands on both to try before pulling the trigger.
