Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), also known as electroshock, is a controversial psychiatric treatment in which seizures are induced with electricity for therapeutic effect. This guy is just a good alias. His thoughts are coherent when he wants them to be and then he adds something wacky in to keep the part he's playing going. It would be easy to write something, translate to another language using Babelfish, then translate back and you get a Bernard mess. Then just tweek a few things and you have the perfect alias. Nobody has ever met this guy. I bet nobody has ever shipped anything to him. This is just another alias -- probably just that yuppy Rontele.

I do, however, think the likelihood that this is an alias is quite high, and if so, he should be outed.
