    Check backcountry outlet - I got a pair very nice TNF down booties for my thermally challenged GF a while back for cheap... they might still have some.

    i have size 11-11.5 feet, if they had extra room they'd probably be fine. are they warm/functional? i dont really care about age or weather or not they are homemade so long as they work. how much for shipping to burlington do ya think?

    flatNshallow - thanks for the heads up, but the cheapest ones on there now are those montrails with the bizare low cut design and the tight cuff for like 40 bucks.

    they do look nice, but still more than i want to spend. at that price id rather just have cold feet. i'll hold off for more info from cj001f
