    K2 PONTOON HELP

can anyone explain the benefits of the shape of the pontoon? I don't understand why the tail is narrower than the waist.

I thought it kept the tail from sinking in deep powder?

    no no no...you're all wrong.

the tip is too wide for sticking up your ass, so they made the tail narrower. this truly is a ski for the everyman, not just the hardcores.

Nope. What do they say about a guy with big skis? Maybe Blurred should answer this one. He was hunting around for a pair of those 207's wasn't he?

Are you a woman with a bigger tail and smaller waist? If so, post pics and I'll walk you through the toon design.

If tail is smaller than waist and tip, it will be more likely to sink in deep powder, so the tip is more likely to stay afloat bc it is pointed upwards. It puts the ski in the backseat so you dont have to be.

    Ahhhhh. that's refreshing.
I guess there's still hope for this place not turning into epic ski after all.
