Bought 2 tickets for $1,400 this morning. is right!

-edit: Pete Townshend and Bill Wyman are also playing that night. With Zep or without nobody knows yet, but I can see them both on stage for an encore with the boys. Rumor has it if this goes well they will do a mini US tour (3 destinations including NYC). Anyone for Zeppelin tour?

I saw Robert Plant and Plant & Page, that was enough. I just don't think Robert can hit the notes like he used to.

i'm pretty sure i'd trade any of my skis for a ticket. i'm also pretty sure that there are a lot more others around who'd give up much more than that, and i don't have that much more to give up. damn it.

Was that for the pair or per ticket?

Either way, that's a lot of money for no Bonzo. He really tied the group together. Man, Plant sure got really really wierd looking fast!

Apparently most of the tix are through the lottery, but there are also a limited amount of "special package tickets" available as well. Special package means bend over and grab your ankles. $700/ticket. My wife bought em for my xmas present. She rocks.

Yeah, it might not be the best show, but it is the closest thing to Zep that we'll ever see. And it's in London. I think it should be awesome.

I'm looking to buy the special package tickets, but I cant seem to find any mention of how to buy them. Websites only mention that they will be made available. Not When or How.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We got them from http://www.theonlineticketshop.com/s...event_id=44588

The "cheap ones" that we got sold out within an hour. The cheapest ones on this site now are 750 euros. We haven't received the tickets yet, but they finally charged our credit card last week so hoping that's a good sign.

    Good luck!

    Thumbs up

Reports say their rehearsals sound very good. Apparently they were only going to do a 20-30 minute set but it has been going so well that they have worked up a full two hour show! I don't know if this means anything beyond this one night, but if nothing else there will be a new DVD to look forward to.

Who is playing with them? Didn't John Paul Jones go off the deep end and head into the mountain's of India? Who is drumming, Jason Bonham?

A DJ on a serius station (buzzsaw) was warning that there are "tickets" floating around on ebay, and these were a scam.
I missed the beginning part of the comment, but basically he was saying that you need to have your photo id, lottery number, and something else all match, or else you would not get a ticket. So that buying someone's voucher number would result in forfeiture of money.

    Buyer beware.

Harvey Goldstein vows to ruin online auctioneers' lives for allowing touting of reunion tickets. And he has little sympathy for genuine fans caught in the crossfire

Promoter Harvey Goldsmith has branded eBay the "biggest rip-off merchants in the world" after tickets to the forthcoming Led Zeppelin gig appeared for sale on the online auction website. Goldsmith, who helped convince the band to reunite for a one-off show this November, told Kerrang! Radio yesterday: "I wish eBay would drop dead and die... I have begged them to take [the tickets] off and they have basically told us to f**k off. So I will do everything I possibly can to ruin their lives."

The promoter's harsh words follow the news that fans who purchased tickets to the gig, taking place November 26 at London's 02 Arena, on someone else's credit card may be refused entry. Those fans who won the right to buy tickets were issued with a password to validate their purchase, but it was announced at the weekend that they may be cancelled if the password holder's name did not match the credit card holder's name.

Harvey Goldsmith has responded to criticism of this policy on his blog: "I am fully aware that there seems to be concerns about people who became winners in the ballot and then decided to use somebody else's credit card to pay for the ticket. However, I am convinced that those who are bleating the loudest seem to be protesting too much for other reasons."

Goldsmith added, however, that there may be a way around this problem for bona fide Zep fans. "Of course there are a few people who genuinely want to come but may not have had a suitable credit card to pay for them," he wrote." The answer to those people is very simple; if you are genuine you will contact us and give us a justified explanation."

Goldsmith announced details of the reunion last month, explaining that tickets would be allocated by ballot due to high demand. Following the announcement, internet service provider Pipex announced that a stampede of Led Zeppelin fans had not only crashed the ticket registration website, but their entire service, and claimed that this meant around 20 million people must have been attempting to purchase tickets at the same time.

Tickets to the one-off show cost £125, but are already nearing bids of £1000 on auction sites such as eBay."

JPJ is going to be with them and no he has never had any “freak outs”. He's a very grounded guy actually, definitely a little bitter about his 3rd wheel status but completely normal otherwise. He has been extremely musically active since LZ breakup no hermit like tendencies what so ever. And Yes Jason is sitting in for his father.
