    TR: PDS Stoke...

I decided to post this because I am stoked on this sport. This is my first year out and having a blast. Thanks Ripz for the show around PDS and to the sport!

We started the day over in Morgin on one of the DH/VTT course for a warm-up.
    Ripzalot:

The day was a perfect pre-fall day with sun and clouds with temps in the 60s:
After a few laps it was over to Les Croset and Chatel.
    Ripz:

Chillin with the cows in CH:

    Non-Mag Tom:

PDS was empty with the bike season coming to an end (at least lift served in 2 weeks):
    Me:

The day ended with a beer and stories. More to come this Thursday as it is a holiday in Canton Geneve.-G

    Nice pictures!

The bikes are held onto the lift by whatever the lifties choose when they hang your bike on the chair. There are several different solutions. Normally the hooks are covered in rubber to avoid scratches on the stanchions.

I'm out this week as well but I'm soooo in for next weekend (15-16th of September) . According to http://www.portesdusoleil.com/index...._objet=4546076 there are still some lifts running then (Champery, Les Crosets, Morgins).

    PK,
Ripz and I are in for the 15th starting at Champery and heading to Les Crosets. The Lindaret connection will be closed, but with terrain in between we should have a good time. Look forward to it!

Cool! The 15th is ON. I'm heading up the Salève tomorrow evening (Tuesday) after work with some friends as well. Send me a PM if you want to come along. We need to leave fairly early to avoid the dark, meeting point is McD at Plainpalais, 17:45.

The Les Crosets DH track, yummy!

10:ish in Les Crosets on Saturday sounds perfect. Depending on my condition after the Saturday night crayfish party, I might make it up on Sunday as well...

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Ripz and Geo for the excellent riding and guiding yesterday. Nice to see you guys and get some riding done!

I'm wearing my big concrete hat today (Swedish expression for being hangover), so no riding today except for a possible evening run with the Saleve telecabine...
