60FPS at full res would fill up your card pretty quick.

I agree, sounds kinda silly, but it could have some cool applications with a very high shutter speed.
The camera is constantly writing images to some internal buffer. when you press the shutter it writes some group of those images to your card. Industrial camera have been around that would do similar things for a bit - you could set it up to trigger at some malfunction and then view what was happening prior to the malfunction.
It would be could be a cool tool depending on how it's deployed (i.e. is that delay programmable?)
