Well I think this is a repeat but worthy all the same. Hostels are a good idea. If I'm stuck in New England this winter I'll def. be doing a road trip for the free ski days. Maybe all of em.

Hopefully they get the snow to open up the goods that early, like in the '96/'97 season.

It used to be as many one-day tickets as you wanted... you just have to get a new one each day.

I can't fucking wait. I used to head to the Crusty Butte every every year in high school. Those were the days. Road tripping from MN to the Butte to ski for free and steal beer off people's decks.

I take this as better news regarding our planet's state of affarirs than any other sort of news ever. i mean, hell... back to the good old days of eati8ng mushrooms and sleeping in Sheridan bathtubs, eh?/?? except it's not the sheridan anymore, but the porcelain's still the same.... And I'm sure the ticket checkers are still south american.... and now they have more time to check out a ski bum's more attractive features beyond a shabbily affixed lift ticket.... GOOD NEWS!!!! SPREAD THE JOY!!!!

Sure would be nice if they brought back the free days in spring.

In any case, CB (only two letters!) is a fine, fine mountain. Worth the price of admission.

Thanks... thats what I was after!!

Shera, your right... CB it is! Hopefully they will bring back the late season Ski Free at CB! The best day I ever had at CB, was the last day they were open years back. It had started snowing when we got to my friends parents house in Gunny on Friday, and it didnt stop snowing untill Monday!
