I have Powder and Skiing sitting on my desk and am in need of more stoke. Wondering what happened to our friends in Boulder...

The flash window on the website says it comes out 8/28. Looks like we'll have to wait another week.

I got my 2008 buyers guide edition of SKI today. Who wants to touch me?

I wanted to touch you, but then I found out you have a subscription to The Magazine of the Mountain Lifestyle or whatever the fuck they call it.

(I have a free sub too. I think.)

I looked through that the other day and almost punched myself. It's unconfirmed, but I do think I was bordering on dumber after that "flip through". Regardless, it does have its market, and a good one at that.

Got the new Skiing last weekend... not bad, but I don't remember an article like that.

Also, I could care less about the new FreeSkier, unless they made it readable this year. I almost went blind looking at the fonts they chose last year.

We get skiing and ski at my work, and i'm pretty sure there wasn't any article like that in skiing, most of the pages were dedicated to their ski guide....

But there was a quote from a maggot in Powder props

    Alto--
You're probably thinking of their dueling banjos type feature. It talks about whether freeskiing comps are too dangerous with opinions from Charlie Gaylord's brother and Chris Davenport.
