    oh damn, glad you kids are still ok. lucky thing you heard it ty would have been quite a suprise if not.

    on that note however I'd have to agree that I never want to hear hairdryers when skiing

    I'll add to the Sunday Slide theme. On sunday me and a friend were skiing a pinner chute in the Frazier Lake area in MT. I skied first, nothing happened. He skied second in the same chute, and set off a slab of thick windblown. I was below in a safe zone behind a rock and watched it rush past me only about two feet away. Freaky.

    We skied mellower stuff the rest of the day.

    We didn't set anything off on Sat when we went out west shore(ish), but I think we played with fire.

    The more I think on it, the more the wet snow bulge I created on that turn in the sun scares me (a little steeper, a little warmer and something could have moved on one of the other slopes where we could have been in danger).

    Ty...Scary shiz, saw a mini wet at Squaw on Sat. It was definatally unstable over the weekend in the Sierra.

    BB...That's some killer footage - I'd like to see it on the big screen.
