Good Spring Bargains At Gart

I just thought I would let you guys know that if you're in need of new skis, that Gart Sports in Dillon, Colorado is having a great sale. I'm not sure if this applies to all of the Gart Brothers but I just picked up a pair of Bandit B3's for $319 (after taxes). I think they had XXX's for about $250. All of their skis and bindings are marked 25% off so if you are in the market you should check it out.

If you buy me a pair of 185cm B3s at that price, I'll pay you back plus a little for the trouble.

Seriously, I've been keeping an eye out for deals on the B3, and I haven't been able to find any.

I'm in OR now, but I've got people/family in CO who could pick them up, and I'll be there myself sometime in the next couple months.

There's about a bazillion people here on this board that'll vouch for me...if you find me 185cm B3s in the wrapper for that price, I'll pay ya for them...

I would pick them up for you but I live in Denver and the store with the deals is up in Dillon. Plus I'm not going to have any time this week to head up to the mountains.

When I got my pair last week there was only one pair of 185 B3s left, so I doubt they have those anymore (although they did have quite a few pairs of XXXs). I've ordered stuff from stores before and paid them to ship them to me so you might want to give that a shot. I dug up the phone number for Gart Sports, it's: (970) 468-1340.

I was planning on buying the B3s next year (on sale of course) and I figured I could find them for about $400-450. This month's budget did not have any room for a new pair of skis but when I saw them for that price I just kind of had to do it, you know? I've been keeping my eye out though for a pair lately and I haven't seen any for anywhere close to that price.
