so, i'm about 8 mos. out from ACLr using a hammy graft. the one thing i'm finding is that my harvested hammy area gets extremely sore after a workout at the gym. almost feels like i'm pulling it each time i go to the gym. i'm pretty good about stretching before and after....but damn, it's sore as hell for the next few days afterwards. anyone experience any of this kind of thing. should i work on stretching more before and after workouts??
