    Snow in Bariloche (Cerro Catedral)?

Can anyone report on the snow conditions at Cerro Catedral? We are headed there on August 14 and hope to get a few days of snowboarding in.

    Good grief.

DO a search using the search function.

There are many reports on conditions, including one from yesterday.

AB: no need to be lazy, just read the end (currently the 7th page) of the huge thread on South America right on the top of the front page of the forum that I just brought back up for you, and you'll get your answer.

    Here, let me help:

Posted by EnLosAndes yesterday: "Catedral reporting 50-70CM the last 24 hours. Still slopping at lake level."

Split-It also posted a relevant report from yesterday PM in the "A Factor" thread a little further down in the main forum. Page 2 on that thread.

You also might get something out of reading the first page links from the Consolidation thread as well.

Have a great trip! Maybe see ya there.

AND there goes my already scarce ability to concentrate between now and flight time in a couple of weeks.

But thanks for the tease, enjoy, don't save any for us but just keep on producing more!

Wow, AB provoked Timmy to sarcasm, not easy to do! (But you'll notice he followed up by being helpful, as always.)
