    Skiing Targhee in June July...

Damn it's fun when they turn the lifts back on and you can ski to the base!

(It's usually only good through June, but hey, one can dream...Steve Baugh is often skiable till July...)

    Anyone else agree?

How about Tram laps at the Village in the summer?

    (here you go, jamie)

One of the best powder days I have had was June 12 at Targhee 2 years ago- 8 inches of powder, empty mountain and some boones strawberry hill that the other 5 skiers on the mountain were happy to share. Great day.
Go that way, really fast. If something gets in your way, turn.

The beer tree is a perfect example of what is wrong with skiers today. Lazy and Rude! Pick your trash up.

They picked it up. Then put it on the tree. Do you also complain when a resort has the underwear/bra tree?

    ^^^I heart Lingerie trees!

Their only downside was explaining why I thought "underwear on a tree" was so funny to my then 10 yr old.

Will you complain when I pick you up and put you in a tree? I am sure you will.

Just so ya know, I was recently payed as trail crew to clean that place up a bit, I personally enjoyed it and all, we saved/salvaged as much as possible bottles=still in tree and all the bras are still up there but anything broken on the ground was cleaned up, now there is a nice downhill trail that passes directly under the spot
