Dear AKPM,

You live in Alaska, not exactly right around the corner. Also, a couple of stamps wouldn't cover the type of packaging needed to get your lenses to you without breaking. I understand that $25 is a lot of money but what people don't realize is the unseen cost of shipping goods. Not just the price of shipping to you but the freight it cost to get them there, the cost of employees to receive, stock, pick , pack and ship your order as well as many other associated costs. Not to mention the cost of materials handling products such as tape, boxes, etc.

I'm assuming that this is a warranty issue since they replace pretty much everything so stop whining. If you have an issue with a company, especially one with a very good warranty department, call them and ask them to ship USPS.
