speaking on behalf of the Seattle crew, we're behind you with 110% support

-you should think about writing a book on mental toughness & courage. as everyone has stated above, you are a fighter.

Good luck with the surgery and good on ya (must be PNWBrit's Australian influence showing) for staying so positive. Future book tour, movie deal and schmaltzy appearance on Oprah or not, you've certainly showed us how to do it!

BTW, Sprite, I'm sure it helps to have positive peeps like yourself around. Thanks for the update.

Here's to Nils demonstrating the reserves of strength and fortitude he's always had in abundance. The surgery itself oughta be pretty straightforward, and I'm sure he'll feel tons better after it's complete.

Just another bump in the road in your journey, Nils. Cancer can't stop you, so this doesn't stand a chance. Keep on kickin' ass!

    damn,
Actually glad for the surgery though. He has been in so much pain whenever we have talked. Even medicated he couldnt make it to a free Drive by Truckers show.
Glad they found what it was and can fix it.

Remember the sign you're supposed to post on your hospital window. Keep on kicking ass - you are the studliest dude out there with all you've been through!!
