I just snagged a few plates from the Horo compilation that Samurai is releasing at the end of the month. The Stray tune that is on there is ridiculous. Which reminds me, I really need to buy some turntables so I can actually play all of these records I've been buying.

Metalheadz is on fire right now. The last few releases have been good and they have got some absolute killers lined up for the rest of the year and into 2014. Albums from Jubei and Lenzman, Platinum Breaks Vol. 4, and that Dom & Roland single (huuuuuuuge).

Saw Doc Scott just the other week, which was one of the best sets I've seen. Andy C is rolling through Boston next week, should be really fun seeing him in a small (~150 person) venue. Just have to get there very early so I can get in.

Andy C rolled through Boston last night with MC Armanni Reign. Absolutely mindblowing. I don't think I'll ever get to see him in such an intimate setting ever again. Should have worn ear plugs though.

Heh, I was running to that Phantom Audio release on Soundclound on Sunday...so the are starting to pump out tunes again. I picked up the Subtitles LP SINE LANGUAGE and other various Exit stuff lately. Metalheadz is on fire and pumping out like one release a week. My wife is starting to give me the look on the amount of packages. She just doesn't understand that you need to grab this stuff early as they are making less and less of it every year.

A new small record store opened up a few blocks from my house and walked in and bought the Marcus Intalex 12" on Exit...god I love the B track!

Also, got the limited 10" of Jubei 'The Moment feat. Flowdan / Tip The Scales feat. DRS' ....super sexy, just a signature and the number in the series. Also got the album sampler.

I'm really feeling the more dubbed out OM Unit LP 'threads' right now....its great for the car.
