    Yeah, but the CAIC does have its forecasts on recorded phone hotlines that you can call with a cell phone..... Sure its "old school," but you can get the forecast.

    CAIC has morning forecasts on the phone lines, not the afternoon.

    CAIC updates their website with afternoon forecasts. Mobile browsers on cellphones do not work well here.

    Become a friend of the CAIC and have the forecast e-mailed to you 2x per day. I'm sure you can read a simple e-mail on your phone.

    Phone friendly advisories

    I've been working on the new UAC website with Bruce Tremper. We will have phone friendly content this year, so stay tuned. The site is being built with CSS which will allow us to do many new things.

    Anyone with any expertise in this are who would like to make suggestions, please let me know. The more technical input the better we can make it.

    Thanks;

    Hopefully our lurking friends at the CAIC will see this and implement a mobile-friendly version of the page this season. Their enhancements and changes last season were tremendous, and this would seem to be some good feedback for them.

    With all of the people using BlackBerries, iPhones, smart phones, etc. nowadays this would be an excellent way to distribute the information.

    Suggestions?? Keep Bob Athey employed so that you have a knowledgeable analysis. The Wasatch is world renowned I'm sure your aware, and someone with 20+ years experience should be indispensable in such an arena.
