Another Computer: 2.0 GHZ Core Duo Macbook
Copied from my CL ad. I'll sell to a maggot for $1175 shipped (Computer INCLUDING Applecare((additional 2 years of warranty))).
For sale an (model MA255LL/A) Apple Macbook 2.0GHZ with an Intel Core Duo Processor. This MacBook has been upgraded to a 160gb harddrive and maxed out with 2GB of Apple Certified RAM. It has a Superdrive DVD burner. The box and all contents are included (Getting Started Guide, Apple Stickers, Sealed Remote, MagSafe Power Adapter, Grounded Adapter Extension, Install Discs with OS X 10.4 and iLife 06). This unit was purchased on July 20, 2006 and thus is protected under Apple's 1-Year Warranty through July 21, 2007. I can include the Applecare Protection Plan for this MacBook for an additional $190. (Normal retail price is $249). This machine can still be registered for APP, on or before July 21 if you choose. Whether or not you purchase the plan from me is up to you, but $190 is cheaper than what you'll pay from Apple. This MacBook has always been kept in a sleeve and I have used the MarWare palm rest pad (which is easily removable with no residue) from the moment I unpackaged it. I thought of removing the palm pad for the photo, but I decided I'd like the buyer to see how much I've babied this machine. The palm pad is a soft suede-like material, so it has gathered some dirt over nearly a year. The good news is you can remove it to find an untouched topcase underneath. I will leave on the palm rest pad for the buyer. From Apple, a similarly speced MacBook would cost $1,550 with all the upgrades. I will do a fresh install of OS X 10.4 so it will be like new out of the box.
The only reason I'm selling this machine is I need a MacBook Pro for some graphic design classes I'm taking. This machine is amazing however, and with maxed out RAM, it really is a quick and powerful machine. I know Apple Genius's who own MacBook and have no troubles playing World of Warcraft, and games like Civ 4. I'm really sad to let this little guy go, but my reality doesn't allow for multiple computers.
ROBOTS ARE EATING MY FACE.
