The purpose of the Photo/Video forum was so that all the photo tech talk wouldn't get lost in the normal tech talk forum... now we have 7 porn threads on the front page of this forum. Nobody looks in this forum but photo nerds. You created the Snapper alias because you didn't want the NSFW associated with your high post count primary account. Why do you think the photographers here, professional or amateur, want the photo tech forum full of NSFW?

If you want people to see the porn, put it back in Padded Room with everything else... or campaign for a NSFW forum. Or I guess you could keep posting porn in the photo tech talk forum because you get a little extra jingle out of razzing wingnuts like me...

Look, I was reading the other day how the commercial porn biz is getting hammered by the availability of amatuer porn on the web, which we can thank the makers of affordable, decent digital cameras for. This is actually quite a sea change in the long history of pornography. So, why don't you get a little creative and go out and buy a nice camera, a few lenses, some lights, hire a few "models", or talk to your sister, plug those pix into your computer and make them look pretty, and then post. Really. We wouldn't be so fucking irratated by your antics if you did that. It's a win / win - you develop as a photographer instead of sitting there reposting the sleaze you find on your surfing expeditions, and we get to see your creativity.

Am I the only person who thinks the main problem with posting porn in this forum is that these poor girls won't get the exposure they deserve in the more frequented Padded Room? Someone please think of the whores!
