looking for a seat clamp and possible a sprocket

bought my first mountain bike from bagtag lady and after a $2 can of flat black i've managed to ride it a couple times. one boneshaker chairlift day and a couple other singletrack type days. one thing I'd really like is a quick release clamp for the seat (27.2) so i can occasionally have a seat relax. also, the bike has one ring in the front which i believe is a 38, and it seems like its a little much for extended uphills. I borrowed a bike from a guy named hacksaw to ride moab which had a single ring in the front and it was lower than this but i have no idea what's normal. anyone have either a clamp kicking around or a slightly smaller isis drive sprocket? thanks.

Try a 32 tooth up front. Isis has nothing to do with it, what's your bolt pattern?

For the seat clamp, it depends on the seat tube outer diameter, and not the seat post diameter.

See if you can measure the seat tube's outside diameter. Or take a look inside the non-QR seat clamp, maybe it's printed on there.

I have a few different sizes of QR sitting around as spares from old bikes, I might have one for you.

HAH, you borrowed Hacksaw's bike? Team Old Man!
