I thought sleds and dirtbikes were part of the "too cool for you valley fuckers" locals scene in every mountain town. I guess maybe its just a Truckee thing?

Or perhaps this is really a forum of commuter skiers who drive from distances such as SF to Tahoe and cannot justify a sled purchase?

In other words I am surprised that sleds aren't already an integral part of this forum, and not just for sledneckripper.

Most of the sled stoke I bring to this place is ski related. Yes, I bring some non-ski related sled stoke too, but snowmobiling is within the same family as skiing/snowboarding. There are many maggots who use sleds for sled accessed skiing or just to toy around on. If you dudes wanna make a forum just for snowmobiling, then go ahead. I'll stick to that one. However, I think there is a legitimate crossover between the two.

Jumper Bones nailed it, but the problem is that most of the people who ride sleds are still trying to figure out how to use a cell phone, much less how to post in a forum or fly a jet. SNR is just here because no one wants to play with him on the regular sled sites.

But I could go for a car forum, all things car- repairs, reviews, F1, NASCAR, etc.
