Thread hijack: I am also looking for a roomate for a place on Wilson and Hayes (not sure if I spelled it right). I'll be moving in ~August 20th and rent is $375/mo+utilities, $275/mo+utilities in the summer.
Positives: Close to campus, obnoxious yellow paint.
Negatives: You'll have to live with a punk ass 19 year old.
