Ya, I would if I could. The problem is that her dad will be buying them and he only wants the best for daddies little girl. He also works as a ski instructor up at WP, so manages to swing some pretty good deals. So money isn't really the issue.

I was looking at the Griffon. Looks pretty sweet. Her dad only skis on Markers, so I was thinking this would be a good compromise and make him happy. Just wasn't sure if anybody had these in stock yet.

Have you heard any horror stories about the STH 12's though Marshal? I know the Z12 didn't go over so well with some wings snapping or something like that. She's pretty small (around 100lbs), so I doubt that would be an issue, especially with the solid STH wings.

100 lbs? I'm 195 and have had no probs with the one pair of sth12s.
Toes are actually quite stiff. Heel was always a problem (cracked two) in the 12 DIN Salomons, STH heel is quite better (has developed slop with no boot in, but disappears when engaged).
