    TR Independence Pass 6-2 & 3, 2007

We had a great gathering at Independence pass for camping and skiing. 20 plus telemarkers met at the Lincoln Creek campground and tracked up several lines over the next two days.

Partly Cloudy, 60 degree days made for excellent corn squeezings!!

MakersMark, Telepariah looking up toward the summit.

A great weekend! just mostly us up there, a few others skiing, but all-in-all it was all ours. Heard different beta on Lincoln Creek Rd, appears to be open now.

We could ski til about 3, lower elevations punchy. 4th of July Bowl is good untill you get low before the creek, then rotten. twinning was great either direction off the top, Blarney holding up well.

Love I-pass. Did you guys do Grizzly too?

We did the Blarney-Twining double header last weekend, although we did that SW face into the gully between the top and switchback

No on the Grizzly Couloir, e heard conflicting data about the road, and didn't reconoiter the drive.

Despite the influx of knee droppers we didn't eat any soy or granola. Bacon and burgers, filets and lamb seemed the fair. I never even once smelled any patchoulie, and the only guy in dreads was some hippie we met up top and asked him along.

Absolutely no one on snowboards however!
