Don't buy a Rocker unless you plan on using it for creek boating. Sounds like a river runner boat would be best suited for you.
I'm a jedi river swimmer.![]()
I'm talking over the long run. it seems I could use the creeking type boat for quite some time. rather than getting sucked into getting a quiver of boats. I've displayed little or no self control with gear purchasing over my skiing career and am trying to avoid that with kayaking.
I think I'm going to give an H3 a whirl this weekend.

When you're boating your beginner III's with everyone else, you'll be the lame dude sitting in the eddy with his creeker while everyone else is surfing a wave. Schweet!![]()
This is so true. The quiver is unavoidable as you'll eventually need at least two boats. You'll get better, more quickly in a RR/PB too. Keep the Juice and buy a creeker. Paddle the Juice on Class III and if you want to venture out onto some IV's, take the big guy until you're comfortable in the Juice.

Until you're ready for a playboat or until you're ready to turn over?![]()
I have a tough time pulling out of the 4G negative dive in combat situations.![]()
regardless, the other people in my class were just lollygagging through the rapids on their H3's. If I hadn't swapped for that Rocker i might have thrown my juice into the Statebridge lodge ashes.

The Juice is one of the worst boats ever manufactured. It might be outranked only by the GT and the booster.

I got a raise! I think I'm just gonna say WTF and blow my load on a brand new 4Fun!
Nice. You probably won't regret it. I am pretty sure Jackson is going to completely PWN the playboat world in the near future. Creekboats...not so much.
My penchant for being a tightwad won out. I'm buying this CR 250!!:

nice. I looked into getting the LL CR125, before finding a used Fun.

I've got an EZG 60 if you want it and am in Golden until the end of the month. I am guessing that I will probably get back into boating again, but I have only had this boat out 3-4 times since I bought it at the begining of last year. I am moving to Aspen so I could use the dough...and the storage space. $550 and its yours....just the boat though.
I've got a helmet you could have too, but I would suggest going to a shop, trying on a bunch, and getting one that fits you good.
