Transfer to whom? With Paypal you'll need at least the e-mail of the person receiving the money. I have a Paypal account already, and now have a Firepay account as well. Will we be settling up after, or will someone host "the pot" and then disburse to the winner?

I'm in for 20. My suggestion would be not to collect the money up front to avoid additional paypal fees. I'm fine paying up front, but it would just be less money for the winner.
