    PBR Festival-Payette Drainage

My buddy is putting this together. http://www.pbrkayakevent.com

It's going to be a good time. If anyone comes into town, I'll be your tour guide if you want one.

This is a great event if you're in the area. Super fun races are available for intermediate and expert paddlers (Staircase mass start, NF giant slalom, and Canyon marathon). Also, if you're planning on hitting up the Payettes, get over here early in the season 'cuz it's shaping up to be a dry one.

PBR is this weekend. Should be another great event. Go here for the latest info http://www.pbrkayakevent.com/ They are still looking for more volunteers and racers. Show up and show your support.

I think they usually make the final decision Saturday night. I haven't seen anything saying it's changed at this point.

One year the flows were pretty low so they moved it from the lower to the upper five. It came down to all the racers getting drunk and deciding the night before. With high flows, might be the same decision process.
