Best part is seeing all the meatheads and their girlfriends walking around NYC in Celtics jerseys. In 100 years there'll still be a demand for #33.

Yeah, St. Patrick's Day. The day everyone claims to be Irish.

Why doesn't the same thing happen on Dr. Martin Luther King's holiday?

    Just wondering...

    Talking Beannachtam na Femle Padraig!!!

Check out Google today - they did a St. Patty's day theme:

    Google

My Irish Blessing to all of you:

    May you have:
    No frost on your spuds,
    No worms on your cabbage.
May your goat give plenty of milk.
And if you inherit a donkey,
    May she be in foal.
When you see something that is not right, not just, not fair, you have a moral obligation to say something. To do something." Rep. John Lewis

Maybe cause Dr. King wasn't Irish?

[kent brockman] A day where everyone is a little bit Irish, except for the gays and the Italians! [/k.b.]

I think I'm going to shame my irish ancestors and not get sloppy drunk today as I have a test tomorrow.

Here's to a long life and a merry one. A quick death and an easy one. A pretty girl and an honest one. A cold beer-and another one!
Yep, seen this before. Crazy liquor & cheeseburger party got out of control.

Another plus for March 17...nothing but U2 and the Cranberries on KROQ for lunch hour. (hopefully no dido or Sinead pending...)

    Thumbs up

Little more Celctic-themed rock, give a listen. One of the most unique sounds you will come across, and some fun stuff, at that.

Awesome guys and put on a great show, probably one of the best I've ever seen. Met them four years ago at our Celtic Fest and they have played here a handful of more times, and have yet to miss them when they are in the area.

They have one of the best rendentions of Danny Boy you will ever hear.

St Patty's day in Butte Montana is supposed to be crazy, haven't made if over there yet. Crazy irish people everywhere, fights, pissing in the streets, throwing bottles at the cops...you know typical Montana-style stuff.

    Cheers
