    iTunes help. WTF?

I have been running iTunes on my PC for about a yr. now with no problems burning CD's, buying files, etc.
last night i went to open the program and it opens, then just freezes.
I really suck at computers so I have no clue where to begin to fix this.
    Any suggestions?

maybe restart and then download the latest version. There could be a fix for the freeze in one of the latest updates.

If you're going to do remove/reinstall, I'd back them up just in case.

Still, I'm betting you just have a corrupt prefs file or something. Follow the apple article above. The stuff concerning you is at the bottom under "User-specific Troubleshooting."
