Just got off the phone with a buddy; looks like I've got a place to live once I roll into town! Probably around the 1st of August or so. I'm moving in, and then he leaves around Christmas, so I'll need a new roommate (or possibly 2) around then. So if either of your housing plans fall apart...
There is a 3rd room, while he's still around; not sure what his intentions are with it, but maybe keep that in mind Biz?
