    I need a Powder River watershed Shapefile?

    I am helping with a proposal for some survey work and am looking for an Arc shapefile to include.

    I can't seem to find what I am looking for using usgs or nrcs was hoping there's another gis guy out there that doesn't have tgr blocked from the network.

    Have you tried posting on the ESRI support forums? In my experience there are people just dying to show how smart they are. It has helped me a bunch of times.
