you know it was a good day

at I street when you land your back tire in the gap, do a full front flip taking your bike with you(clips didn't release). Land on your head. Separate from the bike and do another tumble. Curl up into a fetal position, start trembling in pain and gasping for air. Have a friend yell oh "oh shit!", followed by him coming up to and asking if life flight is needed.

And standing up 10 minutes later and making that gap your bitch

P.S. god bless body armor and full face helmets.

    Sorry no pics or video

no broken bones, just a wrenched elbow, throwbing head and bloody shoulder and back.

All that means is that you are a badass. You should be proud. I bet that same friend said "oh shit!" after you owned that motherfucker!

    Congrats to you, good sir!

ugggg, not feeling so badass today. Can barely move my elbow. I don't know if it is sprained, or twisted or what, but it hurts like a mother fucker.

I don't have any pics....my road rash on my back and shoulder is still oozing clear stuff. My forehead did develop a bruise overnight, but it's not really severe.

Acutally, go faster would probably serve him better in this case.

That said, the flat pedal suggestion is a good one too.
