    So what does this mean?

    You guys just suck at the internet.

    Type - Elation! - then hit alt-ctrl-#-6

    Followed by %40 = 2 wysiwyg.

    This should clear it up.

    it means that the server is busy (or, rather, the server is fine, but the scripts that are executed to fulfill your requests are running too slow).

    it gives a script 30 seconds to complete, if it doesn't complete in 30 seconds you get an error message.
