    Salomon question JONG

I know that Salomon NA is in the process of moving to Ogden, UT from PDX. So, is everyone supposed to wait for their customer service to get back up and running? Was there ever good customer service from Sally? The reason I ask is that their website is awful compared with K2 and Atomic and there are things that I know exist that I just can't find anywhere. Any advice?

If you don't have snow outside your door, what the fuck are you living there for?"

What is it you're looking for? Salomon handles all warranty claims through Salomon dealers.
To my knowledge, there will be no interruption of service to the customer.
FYI, the same people who lay out the Atomic website also lay out the Salomon website.

I guess what I'm looking for, and this seems ridiculous and unimportant is why they don't have available at the consumer level a bag that can carry two pairs of AK Rockets or next year's X-wing LAB. Their cargo bags are also smallish. I hope their pros get better gear than that. I have no problem buying gear from other companies (esp. because dakine has a great rep) but I can't look like a toolbox with all sally gear, I couldn't at this point.

Yep, I use a Dakine Concourse Double 200. Great bag.
