I stand corrected and I am just padding my post count now.
If you had a nickel for every nickel he has, you would have a lot of fuckin' nickels!

Who has the highest post count per day? Yes, I am padding my post count again. How many days before rideit overtakes splat at their current rates? rideit is currently posting 10.71 posts/day with 5428 posts total. splat is at 5.29 posts/day and sitting at 9571 posts total. Oh, and yes the plane will take off and the car will eventually run off the end of the treadmill too.

Incorrect!! That car isn't going anywhere. And quickly I might add.

Man, if I remember correctly, Iceman turned the odometer over so you can add a 1 on his post count, and he owns us all.

I got banned, so my nerdiness isn't fairly represented here.

I'm not proud of posting a bunch here, but I can say it's been fun, and I've learned a lot.

I do gotta admit, I've thought about peacing out at 8G, but is that really possible? We'll see.....

The treadmill matches the speed that the car or jet is moving forward. So if the car is moving forward at 10 mph the treadmill is going backward at 10 mph. The car is still going forward at 10 mph with relation to the treadmill and proceeding to drive off the end of the treadmill. The cars tires are moving twice as fast as they would be if it were travelling on a stationary bit of pavement. End of story. If you can't understand this after the plane on a treadmill thread then you are a moron.

The cars forward momentum dictates how fast the treadmill moves in the opposite direction. The car could be going 100mph forward and the treadmill could be going 100mph in the opposite direction....the car is still going 100mph forward in relation to the stationry position of the treadmill.

That is all. If you still don't understand then that is your own problem and I will not try to explain it any further.

Padding the post count again. So, what is the approximate date that rideit will catch splat and how many posts will each have on that day?

Combine that with a career that has me sitting killing time on floor duty, and the fact that I will be a house-daddy for next tax season, I very well could become the number 1 uber-posting dork here in 08'.

    This summer, though, I have:
10 miles of trail to build
two trips to Peru (hopefully) to get some stuff set up
a career to learn and dominate (real estate)
a Mt. Bike race to promote, organize, and run, including sponsors, etc...
A spare time job at a high end caterer
bikes to build for a few local shops
trail design to do for a few resorts, possibly
a garden and yard to tend
a wife to massage and placate
a bunch of maggots to entertain in august
a party or two to host
a few major house projects to complete before the wee one arrives...

    I am kinda booked.

But I use this forum as some kind of alternative to smoking, making art out of excrement, or what have you.

    ah, well.

    Thanks for being here!

Just wanted to let everyone know in advance that my 1000th post will be a "Skiing/Backpacking with a Baby TR". I've already begun work on this upcoming legend of a thread.

I could go on all night like this. What a fucking loser I am. uh oh, Baby pooped his self again. Perhaps I should remove the stinky trash can that has become packed with soiled diapers. Who would have thought that breast milk would look so nasty at the other end.

bad_roo hit 7k before dying for his sins and coming back, right?

And I'd hazard that lemon would have >7k if his post count wasn't routinely reset at 374.
