we nearly had a tragedy today. After a glorious bluebird morning with suprisingly good snow and some good long boardin air shots......666 lost his camera. It apparently fell out of his purple sport jacket's pocket. It was a somber moment. But undeterred, 666 retraced his steps from his last run and found it!!! And the day continued in the spirit of Long Boardin'

big crew...lots of pics i'm sure. fun fun times. more to come...

    Dude, today was fucking sick.

That is all. No pics from this guy since my outfit didn't have any pockets.

Edit: I have found the most stable-at-speed ski that I have ever skied and it is the Rossi 217 DH board w/ deflex plate. By a mile. No comparison. At first I thought "I'm dead" but then I realized that if I just let them do their thing I could mach through bumps, ruts, traverses, etc. and be fine unless I hit a tree or something equally large and firm. Jump-tele turns in pow was a crossed-tails clusterfuck though.

Today was epic. Although it took the whole crew a little while to assemble (rumors of a Slim hair malfunction were circulating) but once it all came together it was quite a sight to behold.

    It's true. Longer is better.

And I almost died. Story at 10.

Teaser of the Master of LBD himself:

Aside from the get-up that looks like any normal pic of the 6er.

Well if I posted up the sick iron cross pic of 666 on 222s, it wouldn't be a "teaser" now would it?

Hehe.... I don't know why 666 even bothers with modern equipment when he pretty much ownerizes the hill on those RD's.

You're right, save the goods for the real meal deal.

Sorry I missed you guys and gals at the longboard day. I was there early at 9 doing runs off chair 11, but I had to take off early to make a little league game in Santa Cruz which put me in my car heading home at 10:30am.

Right before I took off I think I saw the gang gathering at chair 6.

Hope to catch up with the event next year.

Long Board Day was entertaining to say the least. Everyone sent me the pics already, so I've got a huge task ahead me to get them together. Teasers...?

Today I learned that people who have lives on the internet do have lives in the real world (gotta admit I wasn't sure.) And these lives clearly consist of fantabulus skiing and good people.

Great to meet all you guys today! I had a blast skiing with everyone.
    Can't wait for the TR.

(and here I am, someone who thought she had a real life, on the internet - or interweb if you prefer, on a saturday night...)
