    Question for Bozeman Mags. NSR

I am curious if anyone has some insight on Riverside Country Club? I recieved a job notice from the PGA that they are looking for a Head Golf Professional. Has anyone been there or better yet a member that might be able to give me some info. Might be a good opportunity to move to the mountains. Feel free to PM to discuss.

    Thanks,
    Mike

First off, I am not a golfer but Riverside would be a cool place to work. My friend is the head pro at Valley View. PM me if you'd like his phone #, I am sure he could answer any questions you have.

The best thing about Riverside is the East Gallatin river right next to it-great fishing.

Never been to Riverside, but they are in the middle of a MAJOR renovation of the facilities. It use to look like a dump (clubhouse that is), but everything is looking pretty nice now.

Their website says $6.7 million renovation. Sounds like they built a new clubhouse and rerouted the golf course. My initial thaughts would be that the golf season is pretty short, but when I was out there the end of March it was 70 degrees, hopefully not the norm.

The USGA is located in Far Hills, NJ. Call there. Ask for David Fay. He will give you the skinny on the club.
